Setting off on the right foot- Career MOT
First things first, we’ll invite you to an introductory meeting via video call with one of our expert career advisors from the comfort of your home/office/garden shed. We want to understand you, your career to date, your aspirations and ambitions and what courses of action, if any, you have taken so far to secure your next role. We will discuss your current situation, obligations, relevant industry news and then compile a personalised synopsis for you to consider. Like we’ve said, we can help as little or as much as you need. It’s all up to you.

Finding focus: Profiling Assessment, in-depth report and debrief
We understand that you may want continued support after your initial Career MOT session (after all, two brains are often better than one!). If so, we may advise you to participate in our robust Profiling Assessment to help us (and you) understand your natural skills, working preferences and what it is you really want in your next role. This will help steer you towards potential career choices, industry sectors, business cultures and even specific brands or organisations that align with your newfound focus. This easy-to-complete, stimulating and insightful exercise will be accompanied with a thorough de-brief coaching session with one of our qualified assessors - so lots of brain for your buck!

Joining the dots: Career Mapping Services
Once you’ve discovered your career destination, how do you make your way there? According to your personalised career MOT report or, if taken, your Profiling Assessment result, we will help map out a course of practical, workable actions for you to consider when taking the next steps on your career journey. These steps can help attract potential career opportunities through a variety of approaches, applications and alternative introductory options. A career cartography session so to speak!

Your best light: CV, Cover letters and Social Media assistance
Your CV and all the supporting material that goes with it is your ‘shop front’. It’s the first thing that will fall into an employer’s hands that tells them about you… we understand the importance of it being pruned to perfection and in the best shape possible. So, if you require simple guidance, recommendations and edits to your CV or even a complete redesign and/or reconstruction of your portfolio and supplementary communications, we have a team of in-house professionals to help you do just that. With the ever-increasing importance of social media and online communications we can also help advise and edit your social media presence, cultivate a digital marketing profile that fits with your desired field and help build the most appropriate tools for your career destination.

Talk the Talk: Interview technique, advice and mock scenarios
Ah yes, the BIG ONE. Interviews are frequently the most intimidating part of the career journey (perhaps even more so from the tiny, rectangular window of a video call); meeting your potential employers, cracking the right jokes (or choosing not to), showcasing yourself in the best possible way- don’t worry, we understand and we’ve got your back. We are here to help you represent yourself accurately, compellingly and to the best of your abilities for each role you are considering. We have over 200 combined years of experience in everything from panel interrogations and competency based discussions all the way through to presentations in-person and online. We will make sure you are as prepared as possible in both what you are saying and how you are saying it and, if appropriate, will devise mock interviews structured to suit your field of work. Practise makes perfect.

Knowing your worth: Offer Management and Contractual Negotiations
You’ve aced the interview and your potential employer has seen what an asset you’ll be to the team- this is great/glorious/wonderful news- congratulations! However, the journey is not finished just yet. Typically, contractual negotiations begin early on in the process, we will show you when, where and how this should be handled with a sense of realistic expectation and knowledge of your worth. We offer advice during these defining moments on what you may encounter along the way. You’re almost there, we’re simply nudging you across the finish line.
