Reporting to the Joint Managing Partners, the Brand & Marketing Manager will work with a loyal and dedicated London-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Short - Long term Marketing Strategies, Brand Management and optimisation of digital advertising activities. This varied role will also support our talented sales team and external partnerships.


We are searching for a Brand & Marketing Manager who has worked for valued brands in both the B2C and B2B markets; someone who is both digitally savvy and curious; with a broad understanding of the web; utilising best brand practice and analysing results.


Key Characteristics:


  • Demonstrable understanding of online marketing: PPC, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.
  • Fluency in CRM systems and the Adobe Suite
  • Basic technical knowledge of WordPress, HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • A strong appreciation of brand management, engagement and loyalty growth
  • Experience of co-ordinating and monitoring digital advertising campaigns
  • Intricate experience of working very closely with Media Agencies and Publishers
  • Astute Social Media awareness both from a listening and creative content perspective.
  • Digitally curious with knowledge of the ever-changing digital landscape and a clear understanding of utilising best practice.
  • A multi-tasker who conducts themselves with calmness & composure and can articulate complex communications in an immaculate fashion to all stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience with international markets (ideally North America + Continental Europe)
  • Fluency in English
  • Business proficiency in a minimum of one Continental European language (Spanish, French or German is a plus)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis
