A British Trauma Recovery Specialist, award-winning author and educator, with over 25 years experience contributing to the fields of mental health, social change, and wellness.

Gemini is passionate about resolving the legacy of childhood trauma: to heal the fractured parts of us — formed during painful events in the past — that hijack our present, pushing us from healthy adult into wounded child, where self-defeating behaviours, emotional floods, and toxic relational patterns, rob us of the ability to “be” our best self.

Combining somatic therapies and embodiment practices with mind-altering education, she teaches individuals, families, and organisations practical ways to hack the body’s “stress, survive vs. thrive response” that impacts every interaction we have: negatively affecting our behaviours, boundaries, capacity for clear communication, and ability to relate to self or others in healthy ways.

Through her private practice and the 100’s of programs she’s led across the globe, Gemini has transformed the lives of countless clients and students, helping them to alleviate their suffering, reclaim their lost parts, and discover the joy and relief that comes from finally being able to live from their authentic self.

She has worked, volunteered, and collaborated with many high-impact organisations, including: The Department for Education, The Red Cross, Raleigh International, World Wildlife Fund, Tony Robbins Foundation, POD Volunteer, Charity Digital, The Temple of the Way of Light,The Center for Relational Healing and Safe Ireland.

A recipient of the prestigious Winston Churchill Fellowship, she has also penned several award-winning books, which have been translated into various languages and featured in major media outlets, including the Today Show, BBC and VoiceAmerica.

Gemini is the founder and director of < UNION > a Center for Relational Healing and Trauma Recovery located in Thailand, where she lives, with her piano-playing partner and several furry-friends.
