With over 13 years talent acquisition experience, Victoria has spent most of her career with a well known FTSE 200 international recruitment firm before moving to a small boutique.  

Experienced in Executive Search and Interim Placement of Finance, Digital and Operational Leadership Roles, driven by clients with a social purpose and tech for good, Victoria has partnered with many of the top charities, social housing providers and social enterprises in the UK. She is well versed advising and supporting individuals as they progress their career, often changing sectors and wondering what is the next step in the journey.

Victoria prides herself on working in an open, honest and direct manner and developing long standing relationships.

During lockdown she has been leading the team at Furlonteer, Supporting charities and communities who could benefit from voluntary support whilst also supporting the mental health of the amazing Furlonteers who are committed to volunteering and sharing their professional skills.
